The current owners of this office both work on large projects and manage properties from the office; there has been extensive overlap.

There is sufficient staff to continue the administration of the Fishkill, New Windsor, Newburgh, Wallkill and Sandy Hook properties. There would be enough extra space to dedicate to professionals, such as attorneys, to accommodate sharing space and expenses.

The administrative office totals 3,820 sq ft, with 2,965 sq ft on the 1st floor and 855 sq ft on the 2nd floor. The structure is 91′ by 33′, with 4 bathrooms. CO was issued Feb 10, 2021. There are 7 offices, 2 meeting rooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs, and a 1 office, a break room and 1 bathroom upstairs.
